Do you ship to Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC?+
Yes — most of our customers are in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. We ship to all GCC countries with express couriers in 3–6 working days.
How do I know a part fits my car?+
Use the vehicle selector on the homepage (make → model → chassis). Products show a "Fits your car" badge. Still unsure? Send us your VIN on WhatsApp.
What does "Special order" mean?+
The part is not on our shelf but we source it for you from the manufacturer or our suppliers. The estimated lead time is shown on the product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
BenefitPay, Mada, KNET, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX through our secure payment page, plus bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available in Bahrain.
Do you offer installation?+
Yes, in Bahrain. Contact us for a fitting quote when you order.
Can I return a part?+
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Returns page.
