VRSF 5" Performance HD FMIC Upgrade Kit – BMW N54 / N55

The VRSF 5" Performance HD FMIC is a direct upgrade for the factory intercooler on BMW models powered by the N54 and N55 engines, making it an excellent choice for stock-turbo and performance-modified setups.

Featuring a larger 5-inch core with a significantly denser internal and external fin pack, the intercooler provides increased cooling surface area to help reduce Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) and maintain more consistent performance during hard driving.

According to VRSF, the factory BMW intercooler can experience an intake temperature increase of approximately 32°F during a 3rd-gear pull, while the VRSF 5" Performance HD is designed to keep temperatures significantly more stable.

The kit is designed as a bolt-on replacement for the OEM front-mount intercooler, requiring no permanent vehicle modifications. Front bumper removal is also not required for installation.

Returns & Refunds

Special Orders

Most products sold by 811 Motorsport are considered special-order items and are ordered specifically based on the customer's request.

For this reason, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or an incorrect product was supplied.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and product specifications carefully before completing their purchase.

Return Condition

Any product approved for return must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and all included items.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Returns

A return or refund may only be considered if:

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

• The product arrives damaged.

• An incorrect product was supplied due to an order or fulfillment error.

Inspection & Manufacturer Approval

All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and, where applicable, confirmation from the manufacturer or supplier.

811 Motorsport may request additional photos, videos, product information, or other evidence required to verify the issue.

Refunds

Once the issue has been verified and the refund has been approved by the manufacturer or supplier, the refund will be processed to the applicable payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after final confirmation. Additional processing time may apply depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are specially ordered, orders cannot normally be cancelled once they have been confirmed or processed.

Cancellation and refund requests may only be considered in cases involving a confirmed product issue, order error, or other circumstance approved by 811 Motorsport.
